Why the cut-off is the number that matters
Set a realistic target
Last year's cut-off tells you the score that actually converts — so you train to clear it, not just to pass.
Spot the trend
Cut-offs move with vacancies and difficulty. The five-year trend shows where this year is likely to land.
Predict your result
Pair the cut-off with our rank & cut-off predictor to see exactly where your mock score stands.
Cut-off marks — FAQs
Are these the official cut-offs?
Yes — every published figure is taken from the conducting authority's official result PDF and cited. ATT's predicted cut-off is clearly labelled as an estimate, never mixed with the official number.
What is a “predicted” cut-off?
Before the official result is out, we estimate the likely cut-off from attempt data, paper difficulty and vacancy trends. It's a guide, not a guarantee — we replace it with the official figure the day it releases.
Why does the cut-off change every year?
It moves with the number of vacancies, the number of candidates and how hard the paper was. More vacancies or a tougher paper usually pulls it down.
Is the cut-off shown category-wise?
Yes. We show General/UR, OBC, EWS, SC and ST separately, since each has its own merit list and closing marks.
