These Terms govern your use of AimTheTarget (the “Platform”), operated by AimTheTarget Edu Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s verifiable consent, to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing or reselling access is not permitted.
2. Free and paid access
Reference content — syllabi, exam patterns, cut-offs and cited previous-year question text — is free to read. A paid Pass unlocks added depth such as the full mock series, unlimited AI assistance and Mains evaluation. The free tier’s scope may change over time, but we will not paywall content you have already relied on without reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, copy, resell or republish our content; not to disrupt or probe the Platform’s security; and not to upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm other learners.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of notes and materials you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to generate summaries and study aids for you. We do not sell your uploads or use them to train models for third parties.
5. Accuracy & no guarantee of results
We work hard to cite every fact to its official source, but exam authorities change patterns and notifications without notice. We do not guarantee selection, marks or any specific outcome. Always verify critical details against the official notification.
6. Intellectual property
The Platform, its software, design and original content are owned by AimTheTarget or its licensors. Previous-year questions and government notifications remain the property of their respective authorities and are reproduced for educational reference with citation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AimTheTarget is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office.
