GeM and Textiles Committee sign MoU for recycled textile procurement

Government e Marketplace (GeM) and the Textiles Committee signed a Memorandum of Understanding to promote recycled and upcycled textile products through public procurement. It was signed in Mumbai during the 62nd Foundation Day celebrations of the Textiles Committee. The collaboration aims to turn textile waste into value-added products for Government buyers through GeM.
