NCSC seeks Punjab response on Lecturer recruitment reservation complaint

The National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) ordered an inquiry into alleged denial of reservation in recruitment for 1,013 Lecturer posts in the Punjab Education Department. Acting under Article 338 of the Constitution of India, it directed the Chief Secretary to submit facts, action taken and related records within seven days of receiving the notice.
