VISHWAS 2026 offers employers dispute settlement at reduced penalties

VISHWAS, 2026, launched by the Government of India, lets employers settle long-pending disputes through reduced penalties. Penalties per month are 0.25% for delays up to 2 months, 0.50% for 2 to 4 months and 1% beyond 4 months. The one-time scheme remains open until 28 December 2026.
